At Life Science Nutritionals, quality is the backbone of our organization. From rigorous protocols to sourcing premium ingredients, we pride ourselves in ensuring the highest quality every step of the way.

Our Quality Program includes:

  1. Quality Administration
    QA managers monitor the process control and continuous process improvement functions including: employee training, internal audits, supplier quality management, record retention, cost of quality and product safety.
  2. Incoming Material Control
    100% inspections on all incoming materials, including pre-inspection quarantine and lot control to ensure that all material meets the identity, purity, strength and composition per the specifications.
  3. Manufacturing Process Control
    We closely monitor the process and product specifications, non-conforming material management, inspection and control plans, equipment set-up and usage instructions, and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
  4. Outgoing Product Control
    We conduct final product inspection, a positive release program, shipping audits, final batch records and confirmation of in-process control parameters.
  5. Document Control
    This critical area includes policies, master plans and QA manual, instructions, records, change control, and insurance that only the current and correct documentation is utilized.
  6. Regulatory Compliance
    We ensure that appropriate process controls, documentation and QA verifications meet the strict requirements of the cGMP’s for Nutraceutical Supplement manufacturing.
